Right so I bought the wilkos cerveza kit on recommendation. I brewed it to the letter of instructions but after bottling and leaving for about a week. It's completely flat. What have I done wrong? Is there anything obvious that's happened? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm brewing a cheap 6 bottle wine kit from wilkonsons at the minute. Cab-Sav. I've got a 30 bottle muntons Shiraz to put on soon as I get an hour. From what I see about kits people tend to up the amount of grape juice replacing some of the water quota. Would you recommend?
