    Another Coopers stout

Hi, apologies for the delay folks, been a bit busy and all my spare time has been spent brewing. I have now moved to all grain using BIAB. This Stout was OK but very bitter. I think it was the cocoa powder. I got a mixed review from my mates, some liked it a lot but others couldn't get over the...

    Another Coopers stout

I wasn't sure whether or not to post another Coopers stout thread being new to the forums, but wanted to share my modification and eventually the results. Mixing 2 half full kegs

    Mixing 2 half full kegs

Hi all, I have 2 half full kegs which I would like to blend. One of them is a very nice wherry and the other is a Geordie winter warmer, whilst both are good beers I brewed the winter warmer with a kilo of brewing sugar and a beer kit enhancer. It brewed a nice strong beer but it has no body at...

    Hi from a newbie

Hi and thanks for having me. I am new to brewing but have already got loads of tips from you guys, so cheers for that. My first brew was the good old woodfordes wherry closely followed by the coopers stout then the Geordie winter warmer. I brewed the stout using the beer kit enhancer and it came...
