Hi Mick, I've just mixed up a batch using your recipe, I've halved the amounts as I'm only using 10 ltr FV's. I added my yeast, waited 15-20mins then took a hydrometer reading which only measured 500, is this ok or have I went wrong somewhere.. Any advice would be appreciated, cheers :thumb:
