    I Didnor use the sterilising liquid.. I was stavking bottle upside down in the dishwasher on anormsl wash.. Then boiling water in the kettle and rising the bottles to remove any salt or dishwasher tablet. Leaving the warm bottles to dry out in the conseratory.

    I had a thought... How do you sterilise your bottles. I put them in the dishwasher. Perhaps this can leave food stuff inside the bottle. What do you do?

    How can companies make beer in few days?? Where as my beers always takes weeks until I bottle them! Is it all down to the yeast and temperature?

    Yes it's hard but this time i used Brita water filter it took 2 hours to do 23 liters bit I hope it's worth it!

    I was using bruclens steriliser I say it was bitter and slightly sour. Three friends said they thought it was OK for a first attempt but all agreed it was very bitter. None of they have tried homebrew before A just want to improve and figured someone might notice obvious mistakes Thanks
