been in for 8 days i tested it yesterday and poured the sample into glass lest it for ages and it went clear but had a lot of seddement it tasted like a wheat bear

started it last week and never got a cold break now its very cloudy and the top couple of inches are a darkish brown is there anything i can do?

how long to you leave the hydrometer in for? ive left it in for about 15 mins and its moved to 11 or 12

i filled the tube up to the top and its back at the 1000 mark again

thats good and the hydromater seems to be rising now its at the 30 mark

ive tryed it a few times it a few times today and still reading really low i can put up a pic of the reading if that helps there seems to be a lot of sedament at the bottom of the bucket

i started my brew 6 days ago and everything seemed to go ok i tested the gravity and it was 1.036 and i tested it today and its now at 0.995 is that normal or have i done something wrong? the brew is about 21-23 degrees
