Irish Stout Partial Mash
Just finished an Irish stout partial mash comprising of 1/2 grain and 1/2 extract kit, realised I mashed the roasted barley for too long, around an hour. Will the beer be too acrid/bitter? Cheers 1.2kg maris otter pale malt 0.3kg roasted barley 0.4kg flaked barley 1.7kg irish stout malt...- gpx
