    I am using the Rowse Blossom honey. I bought 3x 3.17kg tubs of it for £15 each. I ended up only putting 2 in because i wanted the mead to be around 10% finished. I checked it was real honey but i think it is cleared/pasteurized - not raw. I would have liked to have used some better quality honey...
