Hi all, first of all hope you don't think I'm a numpty but I am a newbie to winemaking. Have been making tea bag wine for a couple of months and am well impressed. Then I found the wow recipe...well what a mad fermentation. It seems a success, needs a bit of back sweetening and then they will be...
