Thanks folks. So let them carbonate for a week or two then store them in my shed and let them condition. Perfect. Shed is not used this time of year. Could be pretty cold out there tho. Hope that wouldn't affect the beers. I don't think it would. Now it's the patience game. Waiting to sample...

Thank Clint. So come Monday that will be a week since bottling. I'll maybe let them go to that following Friday then put them on the shed also. Cold enough outside for them. What would be a good duration to leave them after conditioning? Two weeks or more? Thanks again mate

Thanks for the comment mate. I bottled up late last night. The last reading on Friday morning before work was 1.002. Reading (FG) before bottling was 1.000. Thanks for your comment, I appreciate it. I've got carbonation drops and 500ml bottles. I read I'd need to add two drops per each bottle. So I was gonna attempt that. I'm wanting to make it gasy as I will be sharing among my friends.
