    Thanks for the advice. I'm hoping the salty taste is more to do with the dryness and quantity of ginger so the Splenda should fix that, fingers crossed. :cheers:

    Hello from East Yorkshire

    Just a quick note to say hello. Fairly new to home brewing (and forums), tackled a couple of simple beer kits and have gallon and half of Elderberry wine on the go. :)
