    Just watched it thanks I had initially started the fermentation with a left over 34/70 cake but it didn't start up so I added the Angel and it took off immediately It's been really active from the start ,about a week now so I just brought the temp up a bit.. Seems like a very strong yeast...

    Hello, I'm looking for any info for this yeast Angel BF16 Ie. Fermentation temps Ect. I've been using Saflagar 34/70 and just started my first fermentation with the BF 16 and it's been very active, much more so than my experience with the Saflagar. Has anyone used this yeast?
