Hi all, My adventures into brewing so far have been standard kits, and SWMBO has been fairly understanding about the whole process... even when she went for a bath and found 40 bottles having their labels soaked off... So with that in mind, I'd like to try and make something that she'll enjoy...

Hi guys, As suggested in the welcome e-mail, here I am writing a quick intro! Been reading a thread on some other forums I visit about homebrew and I was starting to give it a little bit of thought as something to try... and then Tesco go and offer those Young's kits for practically nothing so...
