    I think its because we get problems with home brewing and have to overcome them -thats what makes it so interesting. If everything went perfect everytime I would probably get bored with it all lol :!:

    Phew thanks to all but my yeast nutrient seems to have kick started it again :thumb: Ive had a break from wine making for two years and its amazing how you can forget it all so quickly.....well thats my excuse anyway :hmm:

    stuck fermentation

    Made some tea wine, using herbal apple and cinnamon t bags :shock: . Everything went okay for about three days then it all stopped, about one bubble every two minutes. Today added some nutrient to try and kick start it again. where did I/am I go/going wrong ?????? :pray:

    Returned to wine making after a break and wanted to make some beer/larger for the first time. Just found out i have cealiacs disease so cant touch grain :roll:

    I remember in the past making a simple coffee wine which was fantastic. It was very simple, water, sugar, instant coffee and yeast plus nutrient BUT I have forgotten what else was used. Can anyone enlighten me as to the missing ingredient/ s please? I would like to make alot of cheap...
