    Just checked and its the M02 cider yeast - 1/2 a pack per 5 ltr will do. Have used generic wilko yeast but find the M02 turns out better

    yes, I put in 4 cartons of juice & 1 of syrup + yeast. leave to ferment for 4 days then top up to the neck. 10 days later bottle up. Carb up for 2 weeks at 20c ish and then pt in the bat cave to mature for 2 weeks. Chill before drinking
