    OK, Im just about to do a youngs cider and a muntons continental lager. The question is do I add any extras into them for better flavour or just leave. I have recently added honey to a London Porter and a St peters IPA.

    How much sugar do i need to do a batch prime?

    I have a 22 litre of Donard and blitzer ale ready to bottle and prime. Someone suggested doing a batch prime with another bucket. Is this the better way to go or do i just stick to primming every bottle?

    St Peter's Pale Ale advice

    I have just recently done my first home brew. I have the bottles out in garage now. I only bottled them up last Tuesday. It says to leave them for 14 days. My question is!!! The bottles always seem to have sedament on bottom of bottle, is this normal? i turn bottles upside down and swirl it back...
