    Put my very first kit, Woodford wherry, into fermentation fridge yesterday. This has a Dimplex tube heater in, all controlled with an inkbird. The temp probe is taped to FV and covered with insulation. Set inkbird to 19 degrees with .5 variations. My problem is the temp seems to stay around...

    Thanks Merkin. I live about a mile from Sheppy’s cider. As you say, beautiful place. I do tend to get immersed into hobbies once I start, so really looking forward to getting the Wherry in tomorroW.
