The kit instructions said 20 litres would make 35 pints at 5%, so I thought if I made 25 litres that would be about 44 pints, therefore lowering the strength hopefully to something a bit more sensible, factoring in the 1kg of dextrose. I'll work out the actual strength from the final reading...
