    Yeah, I’m not going to brew the Wilko kit to recipe as I’m going to knock it to 19/20l to bring up the body of the beer itself. I’m tempted to do this just as recipe and no hop additions then try hop additions after.

    Number 7 is a quality watering hole before a match, Acorns version is far superior you are right! My bum hole was nipping though, but how we scrape out of situation all the time by skin of our teeth it’s the Barnsley way!

    That seems like a plan, I’ll look into it. I’ve got a 15l pot so I’m not able to do humongous batches. Probably have a go at a couple of 10l batches.

    Spicing up my IPA with fruit?

    I’ve just added the zest of 2 grapefruit into the FV 5 days before bottling. Soaked them in Vodka overnight to kill any nasties

    I have done a Mangrove Jacks Grapefruit IPA, I’m a big fan of juicy beers at the moment. I’m going to try the Wilko/Coopers cervesa with some dry hop additions next I think. I bought a 15l pot to try some small batch all grain but don’t think I have enough knowledge yet to step into all grain
