Hi all. do you think i can get away with mixing an extract kit in my Fermzilla 35L conical or do you think the initial heat from the hot extract and 4L of boiling water will be to much for it? Cheers

Hi all i think i know the answer to this all ready but am i safe to leave Chensan sanitizer in my fermzilla and beer lines for a couple of months till my next brew day or should i flush it out. it is diluted

i think that everyone that wants to be part of it are to far apart so it doesnt really work for collection of the malt as it would have been a couple of hours round trip to pick it up for quite a few of us

so i guess there is no way of telling if its the fermenting yeast in the bottle or bottling yeast in there until i have fermented with it is there. ive just started reading Brew like a Monk, hope to get a few good tips from it.
