Hi Matt Approx internal measurements are Height 710mm Width 450mm Depth 430mm front to back (280mm from front to compressor hump) Height of compressor Hump 220mm Let me know if you need anything else (although I’m hoping The Cat will confirm my measuring skills) 😁

Hi farmerbrew The 19.7 is the strike water for the mash and then you will find that you will need about 13 Ltrs for sparging for 23 ltrs final volume If you use the strike and mash water calculator in the grainfather app I find that the amounts are about right
