Really interesting idea, it could really speed up fermentation if you could brew in the pb, and then pressure transfer off into a corny or similar

I wonder if you could just attach a couple of posts to the lid of a King Keg (one with a drop tube and float) and pretty much have a cheap version of a fermzillaor something? DIY Kegorator?

These are usually connected via a ball lock/post right?

Yeah just the tap, I think the only ones left are bundled with the barrels!

I think I've seen one at some point, but I'm sure it would be good to put one together, referencing sources etc. I don't have much experience with them myself though.

Would these work with the flotation deice on the top tap kegs ?

I've only just got mine, but I got a square seal, and I'm going to use the spanner as well, along with ptfe tape

Meh, he wanted to get rid of her and used it as an excuse to get rid. At least I hope so, hopefully he's not like milliband and just fires people at even the slightest hint of a bad story.

@Buffers brewery wow just seen the vids of your new king keg lid! Really cool, and I'd seriously consider getting one if you sold a 'kit'. I'm going to see how things go with the lid I already have for now though. Great stuff though!

At the moment I'm just doing kits, so I use the water in my house, and move it out to the shed/summerhouse, I could run a food grade hose fairly easily if I really wanted to.
