I have 2 king kegs on the go all the time & i suffered the same as you losing pressure no matter how tight i did the lid up.cracked it in the end ptfe tape around the king keg cap thread at least 6 wrap arounds & a smear of vasaline on the cap itself on the seal. stays gassed now all the time...
