    Help ! - Forgot the Stabiliser !

I've just got my brother into home brewing wine, and went round to see him at New Year and he showed me his Wilko 30 bottle wine kit which he thought he had done to the letter and was now ready for barreling - Whilst looking I noticed that his sachet of Stabiliser was still in the cap of his kit...

    Wine Kit Help required

( 9 days ago now, I made up 2 batches of 30 bottle wine kits (The Wilko's range), and added 1ltr of 100% pure grape juice Not from concentrate (ASDA) to each batch to hopefully add a bit more body to the kits. As I said, 9 days have now passed and it does not appear that the yeast has done...

    Multi-Batch Brewing

I've seen a 120L conical fermenter on ebay and was thinking of buying one so that I can multi-batch brew. At the moment I use beer kits (mostly Munton's 1.8Kg range) but would much rather be able to make up 5 kits at a time. I have 8 Young's 25L poly barrels, and might even by more. I've used...
