I am drinking my first attempt at an AG pale ale and it has a slight sour taste to it. It has been conditioning for about 4 weeks but the taste is still there. Any ideas of what it could be? I don't think it's an infection as it isn't that strong, it's almost like it is lacking any sweetness...

What psi do you guys normally dispense at?

It's 4m of 5/16. My party tap had a smaller tube than that. I might try putting that in the line and seeing if it helps.

I finally got my beer taps setup, I was previously just using a party tap. Pour my first pint and it came out as foam. I have tried dropping the pressure right down to about 8psi but still foam. My kegs are higher than the tap, and I notice that air/foam builds up in the tube, might be air...

I do have some lubricant, I will try lubing it up again. It's the amount of force I have to apply to get it low enough for the latch to hold that worries me. My other kegs are fine, this one just seems to be giving me problems.

An update on this, I received all my new parts. I first tried changing the out post to my new "universal" out post. The new post is a smaller spanner size but thread seemed the same so I swapped them. Now I made a big mistake here, this keg is full, I thought depressurising it would make the...

Can never seem to find replacement o ring for the poppet, even the o ring kits don't have them. Any idea what size they are?

Could be, cant take apart my others to compare as they have beer in. I have ordered some new posts anyway so hopefully that solves it. Not as happy with this keg as the last one I got. Buying used kegs seems to be a mixed bag.

Yes, turned the temp up for a few days then put the FV into the shed for a few more days for it to settle. The yeast cake seems pretty solid with the Wherry. Then it went straight into the keg. Don't have a spare fridge at the moment so I have to make do with the shed which has been a bit warmer...
