We can't seem to get any pressure in our Wilko barrel of Wherry in spite of adding a tablespoon of granulated sugar on 2 occaisions. Beer tastes OK but is flat and is not being forced out in fact we are in danger of getting air in the barrel. No obvious leaks, it's been in the pressure barrel...

Perfect Pint has a more extensive pub database and better searching. App a bit awkward, web search a lot easier to use.

We have done a few kits into bottles and now kegs but read somewhere not to aerate the brew at any stage coz it promoted 'off' flavours. Were we completely misled? We should be aerating after adding the yeast, then? The beer seems to turn out perfectly OK. :hmm:

I was just having a look at the Cask Marque app which only lists beers in affiliated pubs. What is the best app for finding what pubs have on tap?
