    Ok - theres no noise :thumb: I've got a hydrometer, but not sure what numbers i should be working with as there is loads :wha: It smells like beer and tastes like beer :cheers: So I will transfer now.. and see what happens! Thanks for your help :grin:

    My beer has been fermenting for 6 days now, as per the destructions, it says to cask after 6 days, however there is still some small bubbles coming up.. can I cask now or leave for a bit longer? Thanks Scott
