Hi folks, So...here we go! Put two brews on today - 40 pints of Wherry and 40 pints of Hi Juice Blackcurrant Turbo wine - the turbo yeast is going like the clappers! The OG is 1090 so am I right that I could expect something around 13 proof? Would like to get into this Kennymac
