I had a Gaggia Baby (same workings as the Classic) and a Rancilio Rocky grinder. Loved them. Some of the best coffee I ever had was made with them. Had to pack it in due to a heart issue unfortunately. If you're anything like me you'll spend many hours trying to perfect your flat white!

I drink in a Greene King pub that really looks after their beer. Abbot there is second to none but when it's off I'd rather switch to Guinness or San Miguel than drink the flat, tasteless, insipid brew that is IPA.

Hi, Great info thank you so much. I had seen the whirlpool arm but doubted it would manage to do much as the pump doesn't seem that powerful. I'm guessing pumping the wort out from height though the spider really oxygenated it as well. Brewista.

Ah, instructions no more detailed than those supplied by Malt Miller. I'll give it a week to 10 days I think then dry hop.

Thanks for the images pms67. I'll have a close look in a bit as am out at moment. I wasn't sure if adding them early was required for NEIPA's in order for bio transformation to occur although I could be talking rubbish!
