Anyone been to the Boundary Brewery on the Newtownards rd in East Belfast. Its a cooperative, i joined it last year. I think they are still closed to the public due to Covid. With Wetherspoons still closed as well, there doesn't seem to be anywhere in Belfast to get a decent pint of ale...

As beer is mostly water i would imagine that the quality of the water used is very important. As a newbie i am thinking of using bottled water to make my first batch on home brew. As tap water can contain chlorine and other stuff would using bottled water give a better tasting beer.
