    I've got a very cloudy demijohn of rhubarb, sultana and ginger wine that has finished bubbling. Should I rack off then use kwick clear or use the Kwick clear before I rack off?

    Dear all Is it an explosion risk to re-use screw top wine bottles for my lovely (I hope) Worzel's Orange wine? I see corks and plastic bungs for sale but I don't think they fit screw top wine bottles so what to do? Cheers

    Yes I added sugar following the instructions "Empty the contents of the can (grape concentrate) into a sterilises glass demijohn, then add 1.8 litres of cold water and 450g of brewing sugar (I used dextrose) swirling the demijohn carefully."
