    Newbie

    Hi, just trying my first ever brew. Nothing too ambitious, bog standard Young's Bitter. If anything it will have been slightly under the 18/20 degrees, but I have given it 10 days and now the SG seems steady at 1060. Should I keg it now and how much sugar in my Cornelius 40 pints? Cheers, Alan.
