Alright dudes. I've had a brew in the FV for 2 weeks which is ready to bottle. The thing is that wife has given me a squillion "just jobs" (Could you just put up a shelf, paint the kitchen, lay a patio, cure world famine, etc...) How long can I leave it in unopened in the brew fridge before it...

I think there's something in it - I made a batch a while back that gave me a stonking brain ache after a few. They did the same to everyone who had more than a couple. It was only ~5.5%.
