Yep I knew that much, I use the campden tablets and usually some potassium sorbate depends on the wine :) I'll try using some glucose on a red and a worzels orange I wonder if it will give it a lighter sweet taste :hmm: or do you guys find that the suger doesn't make a difference

yep thats what it says :thumb: its a youngs U brew packet sufficient for up to 5 gallons so I'll try splitting them when the wine needs clearing, next time I'll get some of that bottled stuff to make my job easier

I'm no expert but the yeast will be dividing and dying, so in theory yeah you could but it would take them much longer to ferment and turn all that sugar to alcohol as their will be a much smaller colony of yeasties to start with hope this helps :thumb:
