    Coopers Cerveza fermenting problem

    Hi All, I have recently started my first ever homebrew which is Coopers Mexican Cerveza. Its OG was 1.042 and after 7 days it has gone down to 1.011. The FG is meant to be 1.006. I have given it a stir and am hoping this will drop to the prescribed FG. If this doesn'y happen, is it still ok...
