Thankyou so much for the Recipe... Less than 20 hrs into it and this is bubbling away like a goodun! used 5kg of fruit and adjusted your recipe accordingly.. (basicaly doubled everything) also have the R56 yeast in there! positive feeling about this one!!

Take a look on eBay.... I jist picked up 2 packets @ £1.10 each Inc postage. Best before date is next month but I don't think that's going to be an issue.

Watching this thread with interest as I too am looking to make a nice red with blackberries! Il aim for Apx abv 14%, will use fruit and will follow your advice on the bananas as I'm looking for a nice body...so this could be interesting What's the idea amount of fruit for 20litres...
