If it's bubbling away you've probably nothing to worry about, if it was contaminated then it wouldn't have started. Just remember that keeping everything sterile after fermentation and bottling is just as important!

Any advice I'd give to beginners is ensure you get the basics right ie the single most important thing to ensure is that everything is very clean and sterile
