Hi all! Im a brewer from Norway and i have been driking this awsome pint every time i have been in the UK and want to brew it back in Norway. I Was just wonduring how much water you use for mashing and sparge and what temperatur you mash at. Im currently brewing using BIAB (brew in a bag)
