Hi, Can I ask if anyone has bought any ingredients from this firm. In particular dried sray malt? Any thoughts?

Has anyone with the lager not added the sweetener and if so what were the results. Think of dropping the sweetener, adding some extra light spraymalt and subbing the yeast for genuine lager yeast as yeast temps seem quite high. Thoughts?

Thanks for that. I thought it would be ok but thought I would check. I would not say I am practically familiar with the largering process but have read extensively on the subject so I hope this will hold me in good stead.
