Afternoon all. Been wanting to make home wine for a while, so jumped into it around 11 days ago.. Decided to just use supermarket juices to begin with, so for my first attempt i plumped for Orange Juice. once id made it all up in a demi-john (2lts oj, 1/2kg sugar, wine yeast and enhancer)...
