Coopers Wheat Beer
Trying this for the second time round. First time (& first ever brew) I used: Coopers wheat kit 500g Spraymalt light dry malt extract (LDME) 300g of beer enhancer#1 Kit yeast. Was very happy with it after conditioning for 3-4 weeks. Very cloudy, great taste not much in the way of head...- crgrob
