Cheers guys Yeah I did read about treating the water after i'd already brewed it, so maybe its that, I'm going to try one next week after its been in the bottle a week just to see how it is, don't think i'll manage to leave the rest 10-12 weeks, think I might try 1 a week to see how its progressing
