Hi Guys, I have some cocoa nibs steeping in some burbon which i plan to add to my coopers stout which has been fermenting for a week now. The nibs have been steeping for only a few hours and already i can see there is 'film' forming on top of the bourbon. I think this may be cocoa fat/butter...

Im still quite new to the hobby and so far have completed about 8 or 9 kits, sticking more or less to the standard instructions. I have though been reading and learning as i go on and have tried various beginner things recommended by those of you out there who are far more experienced than me...
