    Fermzilla fermenters

I have brewed a lot of kits over the passed two years and Happy with my setup, but just thought pressure pressure fermenting was the way to go, I'm a bit unsure about allgrain it seems to be a lot more work, what would be the advantage of buying a fermzilla

    Fermzilla fermenters

I've been looking at buying a fermzilla pressure fermenter, the allrounder conical fermenter or the fermzilla snub nosed gen 3, is there much difference between the two, my preference is the snub nose, just looking for some feedback

    festival razorback ipa

I'll be trying a bottle at the weekend, I poured a sample from my keg today and it's still cloudy, I've reduced the co2 pressure to 15 psi hoping that will help and hopefully it will clear in the keg if I give it long enough

    festival razorback ipa

Due to circumstances I've had to keg my razor back ipa earlier that I had expected, it has been fermenting for 14 days and has had a steady reading for 3 days. My question is that it is not as clear as I would have liked, will it clear in the corny keg if I leave it long enough I have set the...

    Razorback opa

Yes I did take an sg reading on the 28/12/21 which was 1.062, it's now down to 1.004 which I'm very pleased with So do you think I should leave it until day 14, dry hop for 4 days the cold crash to 4 degs for 4 days, rack then bottle and keg. Does that sound OK

    Razorback opa

I am currently brewing a razorback ipa and about time to add the hops, the instructions say to add on day 5, I think that is a bit early. So I was thinking about dry hopping on day 8 for 4 days then cold crashing to around 3 degs for 3 days then kegging and bottling, does that sound OK
