just finished and bottled first kit i did everything it told me to do it tastes alright but theres no head dont no what to do to give it a nice head on my next kit and thats due to be bottled in the next few days :cheers:

any 1 got any recipes for nettle beer been looking online but majority of them say fermentaton time is only 3 days seems to short and a lot say put a piece of toast with yeast on and put it in im new to brewing so i dont no if that is correct

im new to homebrewing it says on the kit leave in fermenting barrel for 4-6 days or until bubbles seize to come up the airlock filter,its day 2 nothing coming up the airlock does that means it ready or shall i leave it please help
