    I'm thinking they ommit using real honey in the kit as its a natural sugar and would cause problems making the concerntrate for the brew, could always prime bottles/keg using honey...

    Was going to give this a go next but was thinking brewing a little short and also adding a couple of ltrs of lemonade at the brewing stage to give it that extra Mexican feel... Or do you think at the conditioning stage?

    Almost finished, carbonating in bottles, very cloudy & sediment settling in the bottom (which I don't mind, as you expect this bottled conditioned beer) wish I tried to clear or filter out before bottling, hoping it will clear when ready to cold clear it.
