I have an unheated conservatory, think it should get down to about 15-18 degrees, how's that for suitable to do a coopers european for my next brew? or its back to the wardrobe and do another Australian lager or a Mexican cerveza

drew off a sample.tonight, checked with the hydrometer its down to 1010 from 1040..... The sweetness has all but gone, waiting for my bottle tree to arrive and then i think its bottling time

update....... I took the kreusen ring out on Friday, the foam had collapsed and things were looking good, its been at a.constant indicated 22.5 degrees..... Dropped a sample in the tube gravity 1014 (that's after 4 days) but it was very heady tried pumping the hydrometer up and down for 5 mins...
