Hi chums, Just recently acquired a Maxi 110. It works seemingly quite well, but I'd like to open it up to give it a clean and service the motor. On inspection it seems one side of the cover is riveted on. Anyone else encountered a similar issue, or am I just being dense?... ta! Oli:nah:

Planning my Christmas brew days. Need a less attenuative yeast to match the styles I am brewing (Mild and Porter). Recommendation was a liquid yeast (WY1968) but I would prefer dried. Last beer I brewed with a smack pack ended up tasting awful. Any tips welcome.
