Going to attempt to crash cool mine for a couple of days then hop midweek when I've brought the temperature back up. Got some additional cascade hops which im going to use and split the batch, half original half with additional cascade. Can't wait for the end result.

Thanks for the response slid, one question regarding the crash cooling. When you say crash cool after the 2 days, how long would you recommend. Would it be a case of leaving in a cool place overnight after the 2 days then bottling or leave for an extra few days before bottling? Also after crash...
