Yeah my mrs just sai t might be 80 so would it be 80grms per gallon then?

Am doing a brew buddy larger kit n wanna make sure I am adding the right amount of sugar to it am putting it in the pressure barrell now and the instructions say 8gram per gallon or 3oz but 3oz is way more then 8grmz so I'm confused

thought that was it just wanted to check :) i have done a hydrometer reading and its at 1009 or 1010 bit hard to see but thereabouts had it fementing for 6 days so am suprised it got there that quick my last brew took about 2 weeks to get the right reading though this 1 has been kept at a much...

hi i have been brewing my first brew and followed the instructions very close the beer has now ale in its keg for about 3 weeks its a top draw keg so by now i would have though i would start to see some clearing in the brew but it is stil very clowdy is this normal if not any advice?
