    Now version 3 of our experimental APA "Dream On". MH: Cascade Hop: Cascade, Superdelic, HBC 630. DH: Mosaic, Sabro Yeast and Phantasm the same in all 3 beers.

    Available again after 5 years, a speciality from the world Gose capital Leipzig, the Ritterguts- Gosebock "Bärentöter" with a typical and light salt, orange, coriander and cinnamon flavour. The alcohol content is 6.6 % vol. The best before date is 01/2027, so there is potential for cellar storage.

    Version 2 of our experimental APA in the glass today. This time we used Cascade hops in the mash hopping, Idaho 7 and Sabro for the dry hopping. The Phantasmpowder and the yeast OYL- 402 remained the same.
